Frank Salt Real Estate Limited has won the award for the Best Lettings Agency in Europe at the European Property Awards, apart from winning all four local categories which it entered – Malta’s Best Real Estate, Malta’s Best Lettings Agency, Malta’s Best Real Estate Marketing and Malta’s Best Website with www.franksalt.com.mt.
The awards were announced at an event during which Europe’s finest real estate agents, developers, architects and interior designers attended at The Park Lane Hotel in Mayfair, London, on Friday, 23 September.

The 2011 International Property Awards are organised in association with Bloomberg Television and Google. Established 17 years ago, they are the world’s most prestigious property competition and cover residential as well as commercial categories.
Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 80 experts and covering every aspect of the property business. 2011 saw the participation of over a hundred contestants in the various European fields. The ultimate World’s Best in each category will be unveiled when the final results are revealed later this year.
Frank Salt Real Estate Limited is no new face at the International Property Awards, having also been awarded Best Real Estate Agency for Malta in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
