The awards were announced at an event during which Europe’s finest real estate agents, developers, architects and interior designers attended at The Park Lane Hotel in Mayfair, London, on Friday, 23 September.
In the words of Stuart Shields, Chairman of the International Property Awards: “The objective of these awards is to accomplish excellence in the property industry worldwide and to promote an international standard.”
Joseph Lupi, Managing Director of Frank Salt Real Estate, said: “We at Frank Salt Real Estate Limited consider the quality and standard of service that we provide very seriously and that is why we are very pleased with the results, even more so having been awarded in four categories.
“This is definitely no small feat and goes to show that, regardless of the size of our island, we have much to offer and to compete with on an international level. As for Frank Salt Real Estate itself, the results once again attest that we are indeed the market leaders, dominating the market in both sales and letting of property.”
A beaming Douglas Salt, Company Director, complimented the team of consultants and support staff for making such results possible and invited those looking at embarking on a fruitful and rewarding life career to consider taking up property consultancy.
The 2011 International Property Awards are organised in association with Bloomberg Television and Google. Established 17 years ago, they are the world’s most prestigious property competition and cover residential as well as commercial categories.
Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 80 experts and covering every aspect of the property business. 2011 saw the participation of over a hundred contestants in the various European fields. The ultimate World’s Best in each category will be unveiled when the final results are revealed later this year.
Frank Salt Real Estate Limited is no new face at the International Property Awards, having also been awarded Best Real Estate Agency for Malta in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
